Ian McDonald will be taking part in the Foreigner reunion concerts later this week. After appearing on King Crimson's Red, the final studio album of the seventies, the ex-KC founder left the UK and emigrated to the USA. Once there he helped form the phenomonally success AOR outfit Foreigner appearing on their first three albums before a shift in musical direction saw him ousted from the group.
